7周年記念アイテムの１つ、BAGをiceage gearさんと作りました。iceage gearはフットボールと「ギアとしての要素だけでなく、バッグもアクセント的に無駄を求めてほしい」という想いから生まれたブランドです。ユニフォームを肩掛けして応援するサポーターからインスピレーションを受けて作られた「コンコースバッグ」がiceage gearの代表作。今回はそんなコンコースバッグをベースに、新たな形を製作していただきました。当店のディレクターが1カ月に100km走るランナーであることと、S氏がPLAYGROUNDに抱いていた「動き」や「スポーティーさ」から、マラソンの襷に注目。襷のように肩がけで使用が可能で、ランナーのサポートができるように小ぶりで必要最低限の荷物が入るサイズ感で製作。また、このサイズにしたことでベルトとしての副次的(SUB)な利用も可能に。ランナーのサポートをし、今までの記憶を打ち破ってほしい(例えば、フルマラソンで3時間未満で走ることをSUB3と言う)ことからSports Uniform Bag、略してSUBと名付けさせていただきました。ハンドメイドの温かみのあるファッションのアクセントになる、無駄がいらないランニングバッグに無駄を求めたランニングバッグです。

To celebrate our 7th anniversary, we teamed up with iceage gear to create a special bag.
iceage gear is a brand inspired by football—not just as gear, but as something that should also carry a touch of intentional excess as an accent. Their signature “Concourse Bag” draws inspiration from football supporters draping jerseys over their shoulders. For this collaboration, they reimagined that concept with a new design.
Our director runs over 100km a month, and together with iceage gear’s vision of “movement” and “sportiness,” we focused on the sash worn in marathons. The result is a compact bag worn across the shoulder like a race sash—just enough space to carry essentials while supporting runners. Its size also allows it to double as a belt or accessory. We named it SUB, short for Sports Uniform Bag. Just like aiming for a SUB-3 marathon, we hope this bag helps you go beyond your limits.
Handmade with care, it’s not just gear—it’s a stylish accent with purpose.
