今ではテラスシリーズのうちの一足となったPALERMO。テラスシリーズとは、1970年代から1980年代にかけて、サッカースタジアムのテラス席を埋めたシューズに与えられた名前。イタリアはシチリア島北部の地名が名前の由来となった本作は、フットボールと結びつきが強いモデルです。天然皮革のアッパーに、クラシカルなガムソール。古き良き一足の復刻版です。使用感と若干の汚れはありますがまだまだ履いていただける一足です。

The PALERMO is now one of the models in the Terrace Series. The “Terrace Series” refers to the shoes that filled the terrace seats of soccer stadiums from the 1970s through the 1980s. Named after a town in northern Sicily, Italy, this model has strong ties to soccer. It features a natural leather upper and a classic gum sole. This is a reissue of a classic pair from the good old days. While it shows some signs of wear and has a few minor stains, it’s still a pair you can enjoy wearing.
