トレイルランニングのアフターシューズとして登場したのがこのGEL-YETIです。スニーカーというよりはブーツに近い一足です。今日のスニーカーシーンで勢いのあるブランドの一つがasicsかと思いますが、そんなasicsの中でもまだまだ注目されていない一足のように思います。ドローコードを巻き付けたデザインは斬新かつ、着脱も容易。これからの時期の一足として多方面からお勧めできる一足です。レザーの毛羽立ちが全体的に見られ、一部汚れもございます。ソールも若干すり減っているので、状態考慮の価格設定です。

The GEL-YETI was introduced as a post-trail-run shoe. It’s a pair that’s closer to a boot than a sneaker. I believe ASICS is one of the brands gaining momentum in today’s sneaker scene, but even within ASICS, this particular pair still seems to be flying under the radar. The design, featuring a wrapped drawstring, is innovative and makes the shoes easy to put on and take off. It’s a pair I can wholeheartedly recommend for the coming season. There is some general fraying of the leather throughout, and there are a few stains in places. The sole is also slightly worn, so the price reflects the condition of the shoes.
