アメリカのネバダ州の地名(ライオライト)からその名がついた1993年登場のACGの名機「AIR RHYOLITE」。AIR REVADERCHI（エア リバデルチ）』と並び人気を博したクライミングブーツ。こちらは2007年製のsoph.別注モデルです。ハトメと同じカラーのゴールドがアクセントになっており、目を引きますが履くとバランスもよく案外合わせやすいんです。自分はショーツやハイソックスで合わせをしがちですが、スラックスにサマーニットやポロで綺麗なスタイリングで履いてみたい一足です。オフロード系のシューズがトレンドの中、懐かしさや新鮮さも感じるリオライトなんてどうでしょうか。

AIR RHYOLITE" is a famous climbing boot of ACG, which appeared in 1993 and was named after a place in Nevada, U.S.A. "AIR REVADERCHI" was a popular climbing boot along with "AIR RHYOLITE". This is a special order model for soph. made in 2007. The gold accent, the same color as the dovecote, is eye-catching, but when worn, they are well-balanced and surprisingly easy to match. I tend to wear them with shorts and high socks, but I would like to wear them with slacks, summer knitwear, and a polo for a more elegant look. While off-road shoes are the trend, how about the Rio Light, which feels both nostalgic and fresh?
