1998年に始まったNIKE ALPHA PROJECT。その代表作の一つでもあるSHOX。本作は2018~2019年の復刻です。スニーカーにバネを仕込めば早く走れる。高く飛べるという発想のものに開発されました。このソールシステムは革新的で独特。現在のファッションシーンにもとてもマッチしそうです。このスニーカーもまたフューチャーされるだろうと感じる一足。2000年に発表されたSHOXは1984年の構想から約16年の歳月を経てデビューした一足。タイミングなどはあれどこれだけの年月を要して制作された一足、足を通してみたくなりますよね。カラーリングもまさに気分だと思います。
