元NBA選手ヴィンス・カーターのシグネイチャーシューズです。ヴィンス・カーターは2000年のシドニーオリンピックの舞台で218cmの人間を飛び越えてダンクしたことでも有名。SHOXはスニーカーのソールにバネを仕込むことでより早く走ることが、より高く飛ぶことができるのではと言うコンセプトから生まれた一足です。そのため、SHOXを履いたヴィンス・カーターが人間を飛び越えてダンクをしたという事実はNIKEにとって大きな追い風でした。そんなSHOXはY2Kの流れとともに、注目されているモデル。いくつか復刻されていますがこのSHOX VC 2はまだ復刻されていません。ぜひ、人と被りたくない方へ。テック系のスタイルにも合わせられますし、スウェットやスラックスなんかと合わせても良いかと思います。2002年製。サイズ表記が劣化で見れなくなっており、サイズは不透明ながらおそらくUS 9の27cmだと思います。ソールはリペアしております。

These are the signature shoes of former NBA player Vince Carter. Vince Carter is also famous for dunking over a 218cm man on stage at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, and the SHOX was born from the concept that a spring in the sole of a sneaker would allow the wearer to run faster and fly higher. Therefore, the fact that Vince Carter dunked over a human wearing SHOX was a great tailwind for NIKE. The SHOX is such a high-profile model along with the Y2K trend. There have been several reprints, but this SHOX VC 2 has not been reprinted yet. This is a model for those who don't want to wear the same watch as others. Made in 2002. The size is no longer visible on the lecas, so the size is uncertain, but it is probably a US 9, 27cm. The soles have been repaired.
