NIKE SBの初期モデルの一つでもあるZOOM AIR E-CUE。PLAYGROUNDではもはやお馴染みかもしれません。2003年製の本作の特徴はなんといってもアッパーのデザインだともいます。メッシュの上に、樹脂製のメッシュ。これでスケートをしていたなんて思えません。そしてアッパー後方にはスムースレザーとスウェードを配置。このギャップもこのシューズの魅力の一つだと思います。アッパーは少しファットなフォルムながらソールは薄く、合わせやすい一足かなと思います。これからの時期にはショーツとの相性も良さそうです。前述した通り、2003年製。比較的状態は良いですが、樹脂パーツが一部割れています。経年によりこの割れは宿命だとは思いますが、ご理解いただける方のみ、ご検討ください。

ZOOM AIR E-CUE, one of the early models of NIKE SB, may be familiar to PLAYGROUND by now. 2003's ZOOM AIR E-CUE is characterized by its upper design. The mesh is made of resin on top of mesh. It is hard to believe that this was skated on. And smooth leather and suede are placed at the rear of the upper. I think this gap is one of the charms of this shoe. The upper has a slightly fat form while the sole is thin, making it an easy pair to match. It seems to go well with shorts in the coming season. As mentioned above, they were made in 2003. They are in relatively good condition, but some of the resin parts are cracked. I think this cracking is fatal due to age, but please consider this item only if you understand this.
